If you would like to incorporate Telcare into your practice, we are here to help you.  Once your patients have our blood glucose system their data is automatically transmitted to our secure server.  You will be given an online account that will allow you to easily view and analyze all of your patient’s data.  Since you and your team won’t be spending time reading paper log books or manually downloading meters you will have more time to spend seeing patients.  Telcare allows you to see how your patients are doing any time you want — from the office, hospital, or on the go. If you prefer, data for your patient panel can also be downloaded for analysis or integrated with your in-house EMR for regular, automatic updates.

There is no charge for the Telserve health professional portal.  Telserve is a user friendly online tool and we are available to help with any questions.  It is available for your use once you prescribe Telcare’s glucose meter and test strips for your patients.  If you would like to learn more about becoming a preferred practice please send us your information.
